What to be discussed among start-up’s top level meetings

Designing meeting is essential to manage the growth pain of any start-ups. And if designing things, better to design from top. What to discuss among top level meetings such as board of directors or monthly management meeting really matter. At least below three points must be covered.

  1. Not only sales, but also product and back office should be equally covered
  2. Both of quality and quantity info to be provided
  3. Proper breakdown, but not too deeply broken down

Therefore, the agenda of the meeting would be like this.
